Michelle Vincent Private Practice looking for a young and dynamic Occupational Therapist with a special interest in Paediatrics to join the team Michelle Vincent Occupational Therapy Paediatric Private Practice is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join the well-established and busy practice. Based in Port Elizabeth, Sunridge Park, the practice services well-known local schools in the mornings and offers therapy from a well equipped practice in the afternoons. The practice sees children aged predominantly between 2years and 7years, however is not limited to a specific age group. It also caters to a range of school-related and functional difficulties. The practice has good potential for growth and currently cannot accommodate the growing need. Further experience or qualification in areas such as Sensory Integration, Play Therapy, and NDT would be beneficial (but not a prerequisite). Therapist must be registered or be willing to register with HPCSA, MPS and OTASA. Working within this practice will offer opportunity for supervised experience in peadiatrics and private practice, personal development through working with other OT’s, opportunity to observe treatment sessions, and the freedom to assist in developing new programs and groups. This practice runs on a passion for helping children and the profession of Occupational Therapy. It encourages close interaction between therapists, teachers, parents, and other important role-players. Employment effective 1st of June 2018 with training to commence in mid-May.
